Copyright Restrictions

The purchase of a Sunday Morning Misfit or This Is Who I Am DVD implies the same copyright restrictions as any other movie or DVD you buy. These DVDs are technically intended for home use only.

Obviously, many of you want to show this DVD in a public setting at a meeting, church service, or conference. That's why you're buying it, and to be honest, that's why we're making these DVDs available. So although we don't mind if you show our DVDs in a public setting, according to current copyright law, you need to have a Church Video License to do so. Obviously, that decision is up to you.

However, here are a few things you absolutely CANNOT do with these DVDs:

  • Do not reproduce or copy the DVD in whole or in part.
  • Do not show the DVD on TV broadcast or on the Internet.
  • Do not upload the DVD (in whole or in part) to the Internet and post it on any website, social networking application, or personal blog.
  • Do not synchronize any portion of the DVD to another medium.
  • Do not charge admission to view the DVD.
